In the Record Books

We started vib real estate with a few large goals in mind. We had no interest to just be yet another brokerage in the Centennial State. That was actually a discouragement - there are so many out there, is there room for one more? We didn’t think the world needed one more - but we did think the world needs one to be different, to start from a different perspective. As we like to say, to be great(er). You might say we decided to disrupt the status quo.

And we hit the ground running. We built the business. Designed the tools. Refined the methods. All delivering excellence to our clients. Wow, talk about full speed ahead. It's incredible to realize we've already completed 24 transactions since our start.

Amid all of this success we had a realization that hit a bit different. The contracts and closings are easy signs we are doing what we set out to achieve. However, with those contracts and official transaction documents, we realized we had achieved a momentous milestone. We had a humbling moment realizing our business, this disruptive brokerage we designed from the ground up, is now forever logged and a part of the official record of real estate in the Centennial State.

We were founded on the principle of making our exceptionally positive mark in this industry. We have numerous ideas of how we plan to see that materialize. We are honored to include this milestone as a clear example of creating a legacy in this great state.
